The Fitness Angel Show: We launched this site in January of 2006. The site looks deceptively simple, but it includes video segments shot and edited by our video department. In addition, we used professional tools to compress the finished segments to create files less than one fifteenth the size of the original without any apparent loss of video or audio quality.

The videos stream to user computers large enough to be easily visible — just as the client wanted.

To view video on the site, you must be a registered user. Registration is simple. Be sure the box asking if you want to receive e-mail updates is unchecked, unless you want the updates.
