One of the most valuable services a web site can provide is the ability fo visitors to fill out forms and submit information. The forms might be applications for work, requests for a price, credit applications or just about anything else.

We can build PHP forms using Joomla to gather whatever information your visitors would want to send. Forms have an error-check function to make sure all required fields are comlete. Data submitted goes into your database.

If you prefer, we can build pdf forms that visitors can download, complete on their computers and print out. This gives you a clean, easy-to-read paper form, and it allows users to sign the form before delivering it to you.

Most of the work done by Creative License is produced by Terry Ertter from his home office. This is a full-time business — not something we do on the side when we have some spare time.

We rely on repeat business from a relatively small number of clients. That means we have to be reliable and deliver a high level of service to keep them coming back.

Several of our regulars treat us as a trusted extension of their businesses. We are there when they need us, but they don't have to worry about keeping us busy when they are between projects.

That's especially important for web sites. Businesses need to know the person who built the site will always be available for site updates and maintenance.
